Packers Change-Up Special Teams

The Packers changed up their special teams unit today, signing punter Derrick Frost and long snapper Brett Goode, while releasing punter Jon Ryan and linebacker Abdul Hodge.  Ryan was madly inconsistent last year for the Packers, so hopefully Frost can be more, well, consistent.  Hodge was a disappointment as a third-round (I think) pick.  Goode better be good, after the Packers lost J.J. Jansen for the season.
