I've been a Packers fan my whole life, but Air McNair was my favorite player for over a decade. I agree with you that he and Favre were the toughest QB's of the era. He will certainly be missed...

i'm sure in the next few days to the week we will hear all the juicy details of this incident. it appears that mcnair was not the kind of man off the field as he was on???? oh, well i'm not passing judgement, i'm just saying that our memories of our great football heros are all just from the field of dreams anyway. thats the way we like to remember them, and that is the way it should be. to imortalize these guys any place outside the football field is wrong. that is where we know of the greatness of air mcnair, on the field. as far as his personall life, he's just like you or me, he makes mistakes and he's far, far too human. so rest in peace air, what a tragedy. god bless your wife and sons.
