I wonder how many Packer fans that burned Bretts jersey (dont worry i think it was understandable) will forgive him and get a new one. Besides, I think the team didnt play up to his standard alot of times. The 4 and 26 we gave up against the Eagles in a playoff game back in 04 (or something like that) was not his fault. He led us to a 13-3 season his last year in GNB. He did enough for soo many years that I have no issue forgiving him. I wont say what people should do because thats up to them. But who really cares, we have Aaron.

This whole things stinks like the left-over chicken I forgot about ... you know, the stuff in the back of the fridge from last week?
I can see how Murphy comes out and says it, speaking on behalf of the organization, but the damage done. Ted Thompson and his arrogance-filled stand on behalf of the organization was enough to burn any bridge – especially the one between Green Bay and Favre. While it might be a short block between Lambeau and Brett Favre's Steakhouse, it'd take a serrated knife to cut the tensions if you ever got those two back in the same room together. The Green Bay dynasty will always have Brett Favre in it, but the name "Favre" and "No. 4" will forever carry a black eye, that not even Jack Sparrow can patch up.
Trust me ... unless Minnesota floats down the Mississippi River, our foes to the west might never let us forget that the "Gunslinger" was once their QB too.
