Packers finish week at '1-0'

Who can say they don’t like Aaron Rodgers?

Is there any NFL player who is as cool off the field as he is on it?

I don’t think so … Nothing bears that out more than what he had to say about the possibility of going unbeaten. How he continues to smoothly handle the mounting questions about the Packers dominance on the field is nothing short of uncanny.

“We just want to be 1-0 every week,” Rodgers told reporters yesterday after the Packers held off the San Diego Chargers 45-38 – a game that is sure to rank highly as one of the defining moments of 2011.

Again, Rodgers was lights out in throwing for nearly 300 yards and four touchdowns yesterday. And while the defense was again gashed for 38 points, they did hit for some huge takeaways … Namely the two by Charlie Peprah and Tramon Williams.

Yes, the Packers are an imperfect 8-0, but that doesn’t matter to Aaron Rodgers at this point in the season.

He sees it as 1-0 and that’s all thats really important.
