This preview of the Packers vs. Raiders is just a bit cheesy

Ok, so Chris Shellcroft of Just Blog Baby brought out the heavy ammunition … or at least a few slices of cheese … when he asked the following high protein questions about the Packers vs. Raiders matchup.

It’s all in great fun and you might event get a giggle out of the results. So, without further adieu, enjoy:

You know the drill. It’s just over 24 hours until kickoff and you need to get lowdown on the opposition.

Fear not my friends!

JBB is here to help you get ready for those Packers and their pursuit of perfection.

In order to get you that insight only JBB can provide we reached out to the resident cheeseheads of FanSided over at Lombardi Ave.

Ray Rivard, the editor of Lombardi Ave., was kind enough to give us a slice of his time. Now he may think Aaron Rodgers is going to punch holes in Oakland’s secondary like a slice of Swiss but will Ray meltdown like a piece of Kraft American in the grilled cheese that is JBB’s patented 5 quirky questions?

To find out how Rodgers does you’ll have to watch the game. To see if Ray crumbled like blue cheese on a wedge salad or stayed strong like the scent of Muenster under the pressure of our questions all you’ve got to do is read on after the jump …

Q: If Mike McCarthy were a cheese, what kind would he be and why?

A: Well, Mike is not the big cheese, a cheese ball, and isn’t always looking to say cheese, so he’s got to be cheddar cheese – it is whitish to orange in color and firm. Like cheddar cheese’s main ingredient, whole milk, Coach McCarthy is the cream of the crop. And his ability to create a fine mix of players should make him a wonderful addition to sandwiches and an ingredient in cooked foods.

Q: What took longer: Aaron Rodgers to win a Super Bowl or Brett Favre to announce himself as the Kanye West of football?

A: I think what has taken the longest and something for which we are still awaiting is Favre’s admission that the biggest mistake he made was leaving at the wrong time … It was the best time for one Aaron Rodgers, but the beginning of the end for Brett. And yes, Brett’s a diva.

Q: Clay Matthews gets two sacks or Richard Seymour has two roughing penalties: Which is more likely to happen Sunday?

A: I’m hoping it’s Matthews getting to the quarterback. He’s been so close so many times this season, he’s feeling like the Minnesota Vikings.

Q: If Charles Woodson starred in a revenge flick what would it be called and what would the final scene be?

A: “Sir Charles and the return of the Raiders.”

The final scene – played out in super slo-mo, of course – has Charles stepping in front of a Carson Palmer pass in the back of the Packers’ end zone breaking three tackles at the two yard line and running 109 yards for the winning touchdown … Finishing it off with a head first ball outstretched dive to paydirt.

And finally…since the playoffs are starting…the most important question of all…

Q: Jordy Nelson: Start or Sit?

Start him. Everyone knows him as today’s Kansas State Comet, but he really is Superman.

Bonus Question

Q: Packers’ stock or Netflix: Which is more likely to still have value 50 years from now?

A: Well, since the Packers stock will have the same value in 50 years as it does today – none – I’ve got to give my nod to Netflix.
