Sad news on this date in history provided by the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. It involves former Packers guard Adam Timmerman. Great player, he was. On this date, he received very bad news about his father.
BTW, we follow the bad news with a product announcement by the Hall of Fame featuring none other than the “grave digger” himself, Gilbert Brown.

Today’s Featured Product: Gilbert Brown Beating Da Bears
A photo of Gilbert Brown in his green home jersey, taking a break from his battle with the Chicago Bears. Brown was always ready to challenge any and all offensive linemen that had the unfortunate task of trying to block him. Gilbert Brown was one of the most dominant inside defensive linemen in the NFL during the latter half of the 1990”s.Brown became a fan favorite and, following a particularly brutal tackle or sack, he would pretend to don a shovel and dig a hole to “bury” the player he just crushed, thus earning him the nickname, The Grave Digger.
