As the Green Bay Packers prepare to meet the San Francisco 49ers this coming Saturday night, there will be plenty of statistics and opinions floating around. The experts jaws will be flapping so fast, their jaws will most likely hit the ground and hopefully they never recover.

And its not often that I promote other sites because … well, because I want you to stay here with us here at lombardiave.com for all you Packers news.

But there’s one expert website out there who I really like and admire mainly for their ability to pull nuggets out of the air that pertain to the Packers. What you will find over at Packerpedia.com is valuable information and statistics that will give you insight into just how and why the Packers have a chance … heck their chances are being given early in the week at better than 50 percent.

Run by Mike and Dan Conklin, they provide well-written posts, a timely podcast, links to some of the best Packers sites on the Internet (OK, so lombardiave.com is one of them – shameless plug), and a streaming post of live tweets that keep you up-to-date on all the news of the day.

As an example of some of the tweets these guys have put there just today, take a look below:
