Happy 4th of July, America! NFL flyovers to enjoy

Flyovers – NFL – America – they all go hand-in-hand.

Anyone who has been to a National Football League game understands what I am saying. As if the singing or playing of the National Anthem doesn’t get your heart pumping enough before the start of the big game, the flyover is something to behold.

Depending upon the type of aircraft that flies over the stadium, one will feel the rush. Not only is it from the adrenaline of the moment, but the emotional and physical rush one gets from these flyovers – it is difficult to put into words.

It’s one of those “you gotta be there” moments that thrusts one to a new level … it certainly pumps you up for the game.

So, with today being our nation’s birthday – the Fourth of July – I thought it might be cool to share some of the best flyover videos I could find out there.

I’ve seen some good ones at Lambeau Field – from the F-series jets to those huge military helicopters. But there have been those at other NFL venues that are pretty amazing, too.

So take a few moments between sips of your favorite beverage or between bites of that burger or brat and take a look at these.

I’m sure you will enjoy them.

And don’t forget to to enjoy today’s birthday party.
