Today, Sept. 1, will mark the 30th Sunday since the Super Bowl took place back in early February. Since then it has warmed considerably in Wisconsin and football fans have been filling their time on Sundays as best as they can. Maybe it was cheering for their favorite baseball team, watching their favorite highlights from the previous season over and over again, or simply daydreaming about the start of the season.
Whatever it may have been, we have all made it this far.
With the Packers announcing their 53-man roster fashionably late, we finally know which players have shown they have what it takes to be a Green Bay Packer. Many great story lines emerged this off-season and many will continue into the start of the season, one of which has been the will of Johnny Jolly.
With the announcement of the roster we also know that we are one step closer to the start of the season.
Just one more Sunday is all that’s left before your Green Bay Packers start the season in San Francisco.
Of all the Sundays since the Super Bowl, we can handle just one more.
We can all taste it.
It’s almost here.
