Heading into Sunday’s NFC North matchup against the Detroit Lions, the Green Bay Packers are reeling at 1-2.

From a porous showing of its passing defense at San Francisco to an uncharacteristic barrage of turnovers at Cincinnati, coupled with an early bout with the injury bug, the Packers find themselves appreciating their early bye probably more than expected.

The bye week has hopefully afforded key players the opportunity to take a long rest and a look at the road ahead – particularly Week five’s NFC North opener. A WIN would definitely provide them with the much-needed spark to get back on track toward their ultimate goal of winning the Super Bowl.
