I said that the secondary would have to shadow Cameron tightly — and for most of the game, they did. To be fair, a lot of his stats were padded in “garbage time.” Even so, Cameron finished the day with 7 receptions and 55 yards of total offense.

He did have a touchdown reception that was set up by an 86-yard kickoff return by Travis Benjamin. For the most part, he was non-existent in the passing game. Our defense gave up the check-down passes but took away the big play … and that was exactly what was needed.
