Keep the running game going

Now that James Starks is healthy and Eddie Lacy is rushing at a consistent rate, I feel as though the Packers will reach 200 yards on the ground. As mentioned above, Lacy has been running extremely well since he returned from a concussion injury. Lacy was also awarded the NFC Offensive Rookie of the Month for October, rushing for 395 yards and two touchdowns.

His production was critical in bringing Green Bay four victories in October. Let’s not forget about Starks, however. In his return against Minnesota, Starks showed he can still do what he did during the 2009-10 playoff run, averaging 8.1 yards a carry on just 7 carries for 57 yards and a 25-yard touchdown.

With the leader of the Bears’ defense, Lance Briggs, sidelined by a shoulder injury, the Packers will hopefully continue their success on the ground.
