It was a tough loss for the Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon against the Pittsburgh Steelers. A combination of poor clock-management and penalties would be the foremost characteristics of the loss.

It seemed as though both the referees as well as the Packers forgot how to play football in the last couple minutes.  Nonetheless, a loss ensued where once again our playoff destiny was yanked from our grasp. Well, thanks to the Philadelphia Eagles walloping the Chicago Bears 54-11, our playoff destiny is back in our control. It will all come down to next week for the NFC North Division title in Chicago.

While some teams have clinched their playoff spot and others eliminated, the Green Bay Packers’ playoffs begin next week. Forget the wildcard round as the start of the playoffs, it is now truly win or go home. Until that game, there are many question marks that will need some clearing up for both teams.

Will Aaron Rodgers return in this must-win for the Packers? Will Clay Matthews and Eddie Lacy play?  Will we be graced with Jay Cutler’s presence? These are all important questions that will play a major role in the outcome of the NFC North Division Title game at Chicago.

For answers to these questions stay tuned to lombardiave.com throughout the week as we approach this historic matchup.
