Aaron Rodgers celebrates Wisconsin win with team

Aaron Rodgers, in attendance at tonight’s University of Wisconsin vs. Baylor Sweet 16 NCAA Tournament win, paid a visit to the team’s post-game celebration.

The celebration came on the heels of the Badgers’ 69-52 domination tonight against Baylor. Seeing Rodgers in attendance only bolsters Rodgers’ past statements that he loves Wisconsin sports. Rodgers has had a past friendship with Ryan Braun and has been a fixture in the past with Milwaukee Brewers’ promotions, has been to Milwaukee Bucks games and has supported UW teams visibly in the past.

Tonight’s visit by Rodgers to the post-game locker room was welcomed by the players and coaching staff and afforded Rodgers the opportunity to break down the team.

It’s been a quiet offseason for Rodgers, but not for the team. The Packers’ all-world QB is getting ready to enter into the second year of his long-term deal that will keep him in Green Bay and Wisconsin until at least 2020.

Our hope is that he has the opportunity celebrate with many other Wisconsin teams in the years to come. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the Brewers, Badgers, Bucks or any of the college and high school teams – having someone like Aaron Rodgers is a good thing.

In the meantime, enjoy the video of Rodgers grooving with the winning team – check out the hair noogie he gives Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan … hilarious.
