Over the past couple of months, Lombardiave’s Dan Dahlke has brought us profiles about around 40 NFL Draft prospects who may have a shot at being selected by the Green Bay Packers in the 2014 NFL Draft coming up in May.
Today the series comes to an end – though there may be others published over the course of the next few weeks should some players get back to us.
We conclude the series today by sitting down with West Virginia defensive end Will Clarke.
Dahlke’s diligence in putting together this series is to be commended. He has reached out to dozens of college players who are eligible for May’s NFL Draft and heard back from nearly 40. Dahlke’s monumental task of connecting to the players didn’t come to fruition easily. It took Dahlke sometimes more than one try in making contact with the players – some of them were interviewed by phone; others communicated through email. While each of the Q&As were presented here in a timely fashion, it was Dahlke’s perseverance that made it all happen.
Because of his efforts, we know more about Michael Sam, Aaron Donald, Louis Nix and a whole lot more of future NFL players.
In the next few days we will be promoting a post that will have a link to all of the Q&As we have published over the course of the past few weeks, making them available to you as we hurtle closer to Draft Day May 8.
In the meantime, enjoy Dahlke’s final Q&A this morning. It goes live at 7 a.m. and will be featured here on the site over the course of much of the morning.
Enjoy … and stop back as we here at Lombardiave continue to offer NFL Draft analysis, other draft prospect stories and analysis of the Packers course of action leading up to and through the Draft.
We love the offseason here at Lombardiave. You will find opinion pieces and angles on Packers news that you won’t find anywhere else.
