It’s official: the Green Bay Packers have gotten off to the hot start their coach had been hoping for all offseason.

After four weeks without a loss to begin this 2015 season, head coach Mike McCarthy had to finally concede that his team has accumulated the quick jump to the season that eluded them the past three years.

They can’t – and won’t – stop here, of course. But it definitely sets them up much better to lock up the division sooner and gives them a leg up on the competition in terms of fighting for higher seeding when the playoffs roll around.
