The Green Bay Packers were matched against the best defense in the playoffs, a quarterback who had dismantled previous playoff dreams, and a former coach leading the opposition, but the Packers managed to survive an early rough start to win 38-13 against the New York Giants in the Wild Card round of the 2016 NFL playoffs.

The offense began slow and lost Jordy Nelson, but came alive to score in bunches.

The defense held up surprisingly well (albeit helped by drops from the Giants), helping keep the score close while Green Bay worked to find themselves offensively.
