Donald makes an announcement …

Donald Driver made an appearance on ABC’s Good Morning America to make the announcement of an announcement.

That’s right …

Driver made a brief appearance to say that the announcement of the 2013 cast for Dancing with the Stars will be made Tuesday, Feb. 26.

I know that’s not huge news for everybody, but just thought I would keep everyone apprised about what Donald Driver is up to these days.

Donald Driver is still in the competition on DWTS

While Donald Driver’s future with the Green Bay Packers is still uncertain, his run on Dancing with the Stars continues. That’s for certain.

Heading into the semifinals of DWTS, the Green Bay Packers wide receiver is still in it.

This week, Disney Channel star Roshon Fegan and actress Melissa Gilbert were eliminated from the competition as the ABC dance-off wrapped up its eighth week of competition.

That leaves Driver to compete against Singer Katherine Jenkins, actor William Levy, and TV personality Maria Menounos.

Ok, so maybe you would have rather had Mario Williams visiting 1265 Lombardi Ave. Wouldn’t we all?

But this could be the next best thing given the dearth of news coming out of Green Bay these days.
