Enjoy.

Packers 1953 Schedule
Includes Games in Milwaukee

March 31, 1953 – The Packers announce their home schedule for 1953 with three games to be played at Milwaukee’s new County Stadium. On tap for the new venue are the Browns (Sept. 27), the Rams (Oct. 11) and the 49ers (Nov. 22). “We’re giving Milwaukee a real major league schedule this fall and are confident that the enthusiasm, ignited by Milwaukee’s switch to big league baseball and the opening of the new stadium, will carry over into football,” Packers president Russ Bogda says. Bodga’s optimistic forecast fails to materialize as the Packers lose all three Milwaukee games by a combined score of 102 to 27.
