NC State OLB Terrell Manning

Terrell Manning was a dominate player for NC State and in the ACC and has the potential to be an effective pass rusher that gives the Packers some depth.

This could also allow the Packers to move Nick Perry to a 3-4 defensive end if Manning does well enough and earns a starting spot. Manning gives the Packers great, young depth rushing the quarterback.
