<p>We kind of had the idea that things were going to shake up in Chicago after the Bears finished the season third in the division and went into the toilet when QB Jay Cutler was lost for the season.</p>
<p>But when the Bears fired GM Jerry Angelo and let Mike Martz walk today, the dynamics of the team surely took a dramatic turn. Though head coach Lovie Smith was retained, the Bears will have to fill some important holes in the offseason, most notably how to deal with running back Matt Forte.</p>
