Eddie Lacy, DuJuan Harris, James Starks, John Kuhn
There is plenty of talent at this position, and all signs point to a three-headed monster of a backfield being shared between Lacy, Harris and Starks.
And Kuhn is still the best pass-protector of any back they have, so he makes it as well.
The only question here is how many minutes each player will eventually see the field. According to the coaching staff, we should probably see a good mix of them all, with each player set to run entire series with the offense to help keep the tempo flowing.
Players such as Rajion Neal and LaDarius Perkins showed promise and skill during the preseason, but from my view it hasn’t been enough to forge themselves a roster spot at a crowded position, especially with the increased needs at other positions across the roster because of injuries.
