Who’s coming to Lambeau?

The NFC Playoff picture is set – the Packers could potentially face the Cowboys, Cardinals or Panthers at Lambeau Field on January 11, in the divisional round.

The Packers already made a mockery of Cam Newton and the Panthers earlier this season; though Newton and the Panthers offensive and defensive fronts seem to be peaking at just the right time; a hot-under-estimated team coming into the playoffs on the heels of all kinds of conference help, reminiscent of the 2010 Green Bay Packers.

At home, the Packers can take anyone. As previously mentioned, they are a perfect 8-0. However, the Cowboys are a perfect 8-0 on the road this year. Could they possibly come into Lambeau and spoil the Packers Super Bowl aspirations, as they roll on toward Seattle?

The Cardinals would bring another element to Lambeau – weather.

A balmy Arizona atmosphere makes for a generally unprepared opponent for Green Bay January weather. The QB situation is still in disarray for the Cardinals, making them a much easier target than either the Panthers or the Cowboys – on paper; though the Cardinals defense is stout.

If the Packers’ divisional round curse is broken, where does that leave them going?
