1. Packers defense force three turnovers, finally score touchdown

Since Dwayne Haskins has become the starting quarterback in Washington, the Redskins have protected the football much better. In the past four games, they’ve turned it over three times. But that number could’ve been a lot higher. In four starts, Haskins has thrown only two interceptions but he’s fumbled the ball five times. Fortunately for Washington, Haskins has only lost one of those fumbles.

If Green Bay’s defense can generate pressure up front, it could lead to takeaways. And this defense has been one of the best in football and taking the ball away. The Packers have a healthy plus-11 turnover differential and the defense has forced 19 turnovers in 2019, including three against the Giants last week.

Despite that, the Packers are among just 11 teams to not score at least one defensive touchdown this season. Coincidentally, the Packers and Redskins are the only two teams that rank in the top 10 for defensive takeaways but also haven’t scored a defensive touchdown.

It’s bound to happen at some point before the end of the season. I think the Packers will force three more turnovers this week against the Redskins, except this time, they’ll take one the other way and put up six points.
