The Packers offense has been up-and-down all season, but what has been the key when it’s at its unstoppable best? Aaron Jones. It’s still frustrating how Jones splits time with Jamaal Williams in the backfield, but when he’s given opportunities, he rarely disappoints.

Andy Herman of Packer Report tweeted an impressive statistic about Jones. In games where he has 15 or more carries, Jones is averaging 123 yards. The Packers are 7-1 in those games. That’s the kind of impact he can have in this offense.

So, why should Jones be an All-Pro?

He has been dominant in Matt LaFleur’s offense. After 13 games, Jones has 1,204 all-purpose yards and 15 total touchdowns. You read that correctly. He has 15 touchdowns.

Jones has scored two or more touchdowns four times this season, including games with four and three touchdowns. He has three games with over 100 yards rushing and one with over 100 receiving. Jones ranks first for the Packers in rushing yards by a mile, and he’s also third on the team in receiving.

Jones has 15 touchdowns this season. The rest of the Packers have a combined 22. Of the Packers’ 37 total touchdowns this year, Jones has scored over 40 percent of them.

Jones has been one of the best running backs in football this season and deserves to be an All-Pro for the first time.
