Packers mock draft using PFF simulator

The final three-round mock draft was created using Pro Football Focus’ mock draft simulator.

Round 1 (22): Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama

With Jameson Williams falling to No. 22, I had to pick him.

Whether the Packers would actually go with Williams is hard to say, but there’s no doubting his talent. A lot will depend on his recovery timeline from a torn ACL. When healthy, he could be the best wide receiver in the class.

Round 1 (28): Lewis Cine, S, Georgia

The Packers find their number three safety in the short term and a future starter long term. With Adrian Amos and Darnell Savage hitting free agency in 2023, that could be when Cine earns a bigger role.

Cine can also line up in the slot and play special teams. His versatility would help him get on the field early.

Round 2 (53): Nik Bonitto, EDGE, Oklahoma

In the second round, the Packers go a long way to fixing their pass-rush depth with Nik Bonitto. If they miss out on the top edge rushers in the first round, Bonitto will be a name to watch on Day 2.

Round 2 (59): Jalen Tolbert, WR, South Alabama

As with the other two mock drafts, the Packers must double down at wide receiver. And once again, Jalen Tolbert is the choice on Day 2.

Round 3 (92): Kellen Diesch, T, Arizona State

Finally, Green Bay adds some depth at tackle with Kellen Diesch. He is a good athlete and would be a quality backup in year one with the potential to become a starter in the future.
