Packers intercept Tom Brady twice

It won’t all go the Buccaneers’ way in Week 3. Far from it. While Tampa Bay’s offense has dominated in the opening two games, the same can’t be said for the offense.

The Bucs have been hit with injuries across the offensive line, and they could be without multiple wide receivers on Sunday.

Four-time Pro Bowler Mike Evans won’t play due to suspension. Chris Godwin, Julio Jones, Russell Gage, Breshad Perriman, and Scotty Miller are all on the injury report this week.

The Buccaneers will likely have a run-heavy game plan as they have through two weeks. According to Team Rankings, Tampa Bay ranks seventh in rushing play percentage this season.

Part of that will be to test the Packers’ struggling run defense, but also due to potentially missing multiple wide receivers.

However, when Tom Brady does drop back to pass, the Packers can generate some opportunities for turnovers. The pass-rush duo of Preston Smith and Rashan Gary have combined for four sacks and eight quarterback hits this season.

With Mike Evans out and Chris Godwin and Julio Jones also potentially not playing in this game, Brady may be throwing the ball to the backups. That will lead to some opportunities for the secondary.

Brady threw three interceptions the last time he played against the Packers. I predict he’ll have two more in Week 3.
