What changes need to be made during bye week?

The Packers have plenty of work to do to get back to their best from the 2021 season. Fixing all of their problems isn’t possible during the bye week, but that doesn’t mean they can’t make some adjustments.

During their self-scout, they will learn a lot about what has worked well and what has gone wrong this season.

Where they focus their attention is important.

On defense, the Packers have lacked aggressiveness. How often do the defensive backs sit deep on short third-down situations? Quarterbacks say ‘thank you very much’ as they throw an easy completion to a wide-open receiver for a first down.

There is preventing big plays, and then there is being way too cautious on defense.

Will the Packers decide to run the football more? The offense gets in-sync when Aaron Jones is dominating on the ground. When he isn’t featured, the offense often gets off track.

LaFleur and his staff need to determine where they can make adjustments to help this team improve over the final four weeks.

Run defense has been a major issue. Are there adjustments to the scheme that can help?

It will be fascinating to see the adjustments the Packers make after their bye, if any.
