Green Bay Packers defensive free agents: Who stays and who goes?

Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields is probably the number one defensive free agent target.

Last week, this Citizen GM talked about the free agents on the offensive side of the ball for the Green Bay Packers.

I told you two things:

1. In what scenario each would return to the Green Bay Packers this offseason and …
2. In what scenario the Packers would move on from each player

This week, I am going to take a look at the defensive side of the ball and make the same judgments about each of those players.

There should be wholesale changes coming on defense this offseason – and those changes start with men who are threatening free agency.

I’m sure Raji is tired of being put out of his true position by Capers…needs a fresh start somewhere, we’ll be reading how great he’s doing on some other team…

I hope you’re wrong billy, Raji definitely needs to stay at NT, he is not built to play DE. I hope the Packers see this and keep him. I agree with your analysis Citizen GM and hope the Packers can keep most of the guys on your list especially Shields. The secondary needs all the help they can get. I also hope Jolly and Neal can return as well as Lattimore. Anyway, as always, go Pack!
