Carolina stifled the Rams all day. Cam Newton misfired on only two passes going 15 for 17 for 204 yards and 1 TD. The last two weeks, “Scam” Newton as I love to affectionately call him has been awesome, but in the back of your mind you start to worry if the old form will crawl back to the surface. With a matchup against floundering Tampa Bay, I don’t see anything but an encore performance coming as Carolina tries to creep into the rear view of New Orleans.
