The Packers may look at a deep group of defensive linemen to help upgrade their front seven.
Notre Dame nose tackle Louis Nix (No. 3) may be the only realistic option for them at defensive line in the first round. Both Ra’Shede Hageman (No. 6) and Stephon Tuitt (No. 7) could play end in a 3-4 system and could fall to the Packers in the second round.
However, the Packers may decide to use a middle or late round pick to add another big-bodied defensive lineman that can occupy blockers and keep their linebackers free, like Louisiana Tech’s Justin Ellis (No. 23) or Cal’s Deandre Coleman (No. 21).
