Bakhtiari may have the second most important job on offense–protecting Aaron Rodgers’ blindside from the meanest, most explosive athletes on the field.
The second-year left tackle out of Colorado will be faced with the tall task of squaring off against each team’s top pass rusher each and every week. A job he performed admirably last season. But 2014 is a new year and now teams have a full season of film on him to help them gameplan.
Opposing defenses will know his weaknesses and tendencies, and Bakhtiari will have to continue improving his game to stay one step ahead of them.
The only reason Bakhtiari isn’t higher on this list is because the Packers have other options on the roster in Bryan Bulaga and Derek Sherrod if Bakhtiari struggles to hold down left tackle in his second year.
