Offensive Line
Starters: LT – Matt Kalil, MN; LG – Josh Sitton, GB; C – Roberto Garza, CHI; RG – Larry Warford, DET; RT – Phil Loadholt, MN
Minnesota has a nice young tackle duo in Kalil and Loadholt. Kalil underperformed a bit last year, but he’s still one of the top young promising left tackles in the league, in my opinion. I expect him to bounce back in 2014.
Sitton and Detroit’s Warford and pure road-graders who are as tough as they come. They both also hold up well in pass coverage.
Garza is the gray-hair of this bunch at 35 years old, but I don’t know if there is a better center in this league.
Reserves: (C) Dominic Raiola, DET; (G) T.J. Lang, GB; (T) Jermon Bushrod, CHI
Raiola is another solid veteran center who has been a staple in the middle of Detroit’s line for 13 seasons. Lang and Bushrod are both some of the best young linemen in the division and can hold their own with the best in the league.
