WINS

Rookie Center, Corey Linsley

It was definitely a point of anxiety over the course of the week leading up to the season opener at Seattle, but Linsley showed that he has the skills and talents necessary to be a solid starter on the offensive line.

With J.C. Tretter out at least eight weeks due to injury, Linsley has really stepped up in his absence.

Aside from a minor glitch in Seattle (an ill-timed snap, that was ultimately brought back because of a timeout call) and another minor hiccup against the Jets (the botched snap on the initial drive), he has been SOLID.

He’s definitely an asset, especially on an ailing offensive line unit.
