Defense Getting off the Field on third down

For the most part, the defense was flying around, getting the job done between first and third down.

They were able to achieve 3-and-outs and get off the field on third down situations that would have been hurdles last year.

Kudos to the pass rush and run blocking that put Stafford and Co. into long third down situations and to the secondary for capitalizing on the desperation attempts that followed.

One of those beneficiaries was Ha-Ha Clinton-Dix, making his first career NFL interception.
