Green Bay Packers Reach Fantasy Midseason Stretch

The Packers played a great game on defense last week, no doubt. But the eyes deceive what the fantasy owners see.
The Packers did whatever they wanted against Cam Newton, but they only generated 1 interception and only registered 3 sacks. When you add 17 points, the Packers only ended with 6 fantasy points. But they looked great on the field.
This week the Packers banged up secondary will have its hands full. The Saints have many weapons that have a combination of either speed or size, in one case, both.
If Jimmy Graham is healthy, he’s the top tight end in the league. The Packers struggle against athletic tight ends and Graham is as good as it gets. If Graham doesn’t go this week, Marques Colston plays a similar role and doesn’t differ from Graham too much.
The Saints also have two guys who can fly in Kenny Stills and rookie Brandon Cooks. If they get out, they can make you pay for it.
The Saints couldn’t get anything going on the ground last week and should look to give Ingram a few more touches to get him back in the groove again.
The Saints will score, we know that, but Drew Brees is known for mistakes.
Hopefully the Packers take advantage of those mistakes.
Standard Scoring Projection: 5 points
