Coming off of a midseason bye, the Green Bay Packers looked to extend their lead over the Chicago Bears in total wins under Aaron Rodgers.

I’d say that was a smashing success.

Jay Cutler dropped to 1-11 against the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers, dating back to his Chicago inception in 2009. Those numbers are appalling in and of themselves – not to mention the royal beating that the Bears suffered at the hands of their division rivals last Sunday night in primetime.

The world witnessed the travesty that is the Chicago Bears … and the emergence of another NFC powerhouse, the Green Bay Packers.

Embarrassing a division rival 55-14 on a national stage doesn’t give way to many missteps; however, the Packers’ win did leave some “silver linings” for us to analyze, moving forward into the second half of the season.
