Eddie Lacy

Eddie Lacy is a beast, and lately the Packers have been finding ways to put that to work more often.

Teams obviously know this; it explains in part why Green Bay was able to have back-to-back 50+ point games. Philadelphia was clearly playing single-high safety looks because they feared the power someone like Eddie Lacy brings to a game.

On Sunday, the Vikings did what most people would probably feel is the supposedly smarter answer in trying to force Green Bay to run the ball instead of pass. While they were able to keep things closer than the other recent foes, they still ended by getting pounded on in a loss.

On the day, Eddie was able to garner his best rushing performance of the year: 25 carries, 125 yards, 1 TD. He also added in a couple catches and a receiving TD just to further emasculate a defense that has got to be relieved to not see him again until next season.
