Disclaimer: For any fantasy scoring numbers, I will be using those generated by Yahoo! fantasy football. It is the system I have played a majority of my fantasy football on over the years – and currently play on. Other setups are fine – I’ve worked with ESPN and NFL fantasy football teams in the past – but seeing as I have the most experience using this scoring system, I’ll stick with using their methods of scoring.

It’s Week 13 and things are looking great! While last week was maybe more competitive than Packers fans may have been expecting/hoping, it wasn’t exactly bad.

Green Bay showed they were all for basing their game-plan around pounding a defense with Eddie Lacy, proving to doubters again that unlike the Packers teams of the recent past these guys can legitimately move the ball in the run game.

Above all else, the key goal of the week was accomplished; another win for the books against a divisional opponent. No matter what happens this week, that game will hold more weight on the results to the rest of this season.

But that’s last week. This week we get a glamourous matchup that fans league-wide have surely been waiting to see, not to mention the fans of the two teams involved here. Big-time QBs, strong runners, intriguing play-callers and defensive strategists ready to unleash weird lineups and impact defensive players abound.

Win or lose this looks to be an intensely entertaining matchup, and I can barely contain myself in anticipation. There’s only one place where this may be more exciting than on the field, and I think you know it well…

I welcome you back into the world of fantasy football! Week 13: Patriots @ Packers! Let’s get started, shall we?
