The Green Bay Packers‘ big win over the AFC leading New England Patriots brought much joy to Packers Nation.

It was a real test of where this team is, facing the last quarter of the 2014 season.

Media, analysts and former pros have been putting their two cents in about the Packers all season long. While Aaron Rodgers has the respect of every single person who knows anything about football – the kicker has been the inconsistencies on defense and the fact that this team (while blowing teams out at home) hasn’t really played any truly formidable opponents.

The Philadelphia Eagles were division leaders when they visited Lambeau just a few weeks ago … but other than that, the Packers have bested mediocre teams up until that point.

New England was a chance for the Packers offense to show that they can hang points up on a challenging defense … and for the defense to prove its worth against an elite quarterback.

The Packers needed to be clicking on all cylinders on Sunday afternoon – and they were.

Some of the notable achievements from that victory are included on the following pages … start the slide show …
