We have seen the departure of Marc Trestman and Phil Emery along with a number of other coaches and coordinators. New head coach John Fox and general manager Ryan Pace will want to focus heavily on the defense in the draft, and Shane Ray would be an ideal fit should they move to a 3-4 defense.
