McPhee was drafted by the Ravens in the fifth-round of the 2011 NFL Draft. Despite being a solid contributor, he’s only started six games of the 60 he’s played in.
Last year, he only participated in 47.7 percent of the Ravens’ defensive snaps, according to Football Outsiders.
He finished 2014 with 16 appearances for the Ravens without starting a single game. He registered 27 combined tackles and a career-high 7.5 sacks. That’s impressive considering the fact that he struggled to get on the field.
