ILB Stephone Anthony, Clemson
Well it would hardly be a surprise to see the Packers choose an inside linebacker in the first round. It’s the biggest need for the team. With a thin class at the position, the Packers will need to make a move early.
The more I study Stephone Anthony the more I appreciate his game. Has some tightness but instinctive, physical and plays fast.

Anthony would bring good size to the position (6-3, 243 pounds) and would add much-needed athleticism. He is able to quickly diagnose plays and has the speed to get to the ball.
He is able to diagnose run plays early and is strong in between the tackles, but is also talented at dropping into coverage on passing downs. Anthony snared three interceptions in his four years at Clemson.
Dan Dahlke broke down Anthony’s film and gave a detailed look at why he would be a good fit for the Packers.
He has the size, speed and athleticism to become an instant starter in the middle of the Packers’ defense, and would be an upgrade in a position of need. Anthony would be a great addition to the run game, and would instantly be able to help plug up the middle of the defense.
