2. Stephone Anthony, Clemson

Stephone Anthony is a beast on the field and is a player with the leadership and fire that could be the heart of a defense.

His passion and nonstop motor are desirable attributes, but his speed (4.56), athleticism, and size (6-3, 243) make his game translate well to the NFL.

Anthony is a physical run defender and he hits with authority. He would add a much-needed nasty streak to the Packers defense. The former Clemson linebacker is also great in pursuit and can make plays in coverage.

Despite being a potential first or second round pick, Anthony does struggle at times getting off blocks and can be too aggressive at times and get himself in trouble and overpursue in the run game.

There’s a good chance the Packers could get Anthony at the end of either the first or second round.

The 30th overall pick may be too high for Anthony, so the Packers could take their chances and wait a round to land the talented former Clemson linebacker.
