Green Bay Packers: UDFAs filling out team’s roster

In his post-draft press conference, Green Bay Packers GM Ted Thompson talked a bit about this time of the season – the signing of undrafted free agents – as the “fun” part of his job.
That’s exactly what he is up to tonight and according to published reports, Thompson and the Packers have already signed 16 and three more expected to come in for tryouts.
Those numbers, per the Green Bay Press Gazette, were as of just past 8 p.m. tonight.

According to Brian Carriveau, when asked on Twitter which players has caught his eye during the pre-draft evaluations, it was Texas A&M-Commerce WR Ricky Collins, was in for a pre-draft workout, and North Dakota RB John Crockett.
