1. Brett Favre

What Brett Favre brought to the Green Bay Packers organization will forever be the greatest accomplishment in Green Bay history. This was a franchise that had a severe championship pedigree and many NFL titles at one time before going through a period of instability and uncertainty at the quarterback position. Favre was able to step in for an injured Don Majkowski in 1992 and start every game consecutively until the 2007 season, you will never see that type of durability in the NFL ever again. Favre helped bring the Packers organization back to dominant form in a short time as he was able to lead the team to a Super Bowl Championship in 1997 and was the runner-up in 1998.

Favre won the NFL MVP award three consecutive years in a row while going to the pro bowl 11 times. He is a member of the NFL 1990’s all decade team while leading the NFL in passing touchdowns three separate times in the 90’s. He threw for 61,655 yards in Green Bay and is the NFL’s all time leader in career passing yards. He also threw for 442 touchdowns as a Packer and is second on the NFL’s all time list in career passing touchdowns. What Brett Favre did for the organization will always be entrenched in the memories of Packer fans forever and how he was able to bring the franchise back into the elite-hood remains as his greatest accomplishment
