Mike Neal returned to practice today after being placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list in the end of July. Having Neal back gives Green Bay another option at the outside linebacker position along side Julius Peppers as Neal and outside linebacker Nick Perry both failed their physicals after having off-season surgery. Neal had hernia surgery in the summer and will enter the final season of his contract, signing a two-year deal in March 2014.
