I still have to give the outstanding effort award to Elliott.
What he showed last preseason to make the team as an undrafted free agent, has returned in 2015.
He’s always in play.
He’s always around the QB, around the ball.
He gives 100 percent at all times and he has real promise rushing the passer.
Behind Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers, Elliott could get some snaps if former first-rounder, Nick Perry, doesn’t show improvement.
He has been lackluster, at best – and Elliot is pushing for a move upward.
He has tremendous upside, and I believe he’ll get a roster spot again this year. He’s also one of the better prospects for the Packers on special teams.
