This was an excellent team victory. Pressure by the defense was pretty intense all game long. Six sacks and many more almost sacks. Bridgewater has some escapability and burned the Packers on some long scrambles that extended drives. They held the NFL’s leading rusher in check for much of the game. James Jones made some amazing catches. Did I say amazing? And Eddie Lacy came out of his season long funk to make a huge contribution.

Packers are 7-3, lead the NFC North again and beat the Vikings in their house.

By the way – the curse of Mike Ditka is finally over after three weeks of misery.

Just in case you missed it. This commercial with Mike Ditka wearing a Packers jersey came out about the time the packers started their losing streak. This week Ditka pulled off his Packers jersey to reveal a Bears jersey underneath.

Another note: Packers fans are so great. They really travel well. I heard them cheer for our Packers throughout the game. Two weeks from now, the Packers will have another home game when they travel to Detroit to face the Lions.

Keep coming back for more great green and gold news, notes and nuggets.
