Last Week: 0/1 FG (41 yard miss), 3/3 PATs; 3.00 fantasy points

Something about the Lions this season apparently did not sit well with Mason Crosby.

First, there was that ugly miss to end the game in Lambeau.

Now he missed another one, this time from 41 yards out, that could have helped early in what ended up being a 20-0 deficit — and could have potentially prevented the need for that late Hail Mary save in what was a 23-21 game.

Luckily he has only missed one other field goal besides those two attempts, so he shouldn’t be someone to worry about going forward in terms of missing his kicks.

The thing you do need to worry about is the number of attempts however.

He gets few opportunities most weeks, and when he doesn’t make the ones he is give that can tank a fantasy performance really quick. It is a crapshoot to figure out if the team will not only move the ball well on offense but then if they will finish those drives.

It has seemed that most weeks, the Packers do tend to manage to finish the drives that do get within field goal range; the issue since the 6-0 start has mostly been getting into range to score.

The smart play is to expect a low amount of field goal chances with a couple extra point makes (he hasn’t missed one yet); so, a pretty underwhelming fantasy player.

Week 14 Prediction: 1/1 FG (1 30-39), 3 PATs; 6.00 fantasy Points
